Last week conflict between Telia and broadcaster SBS led to 700,000 customers got rid of the TV channels such as Channel 5, Eurosport and Discovery. But now, the channels are back again. The companies claimed to have found a solution that both are happy with, but according to Sveriges Radio, SBS looks like it is they who have gone winning the battle.
Telia want not answer how many customers they lost, but acknowledges that criticism has been vigorous.
We have received a lot of negative comments, but we also know that many customers have chosen to sit back after they contacted us. But of course, we have lost customers, says Hans G. Larsson, Telia.
