Norwegian for the pilots to new companies – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

The company creates three new subsidiaries there the staff in Norway, Sweden and Denmark are transferred. The decision was taken at an extraordinary board meeting, writes Norwegian in a press release. The pilots’ conditions are transferred to the respective companies.

“Norwegian has always been committed to finding a solution with the NPU and Parathyroid, but the management does not want or can assign to a group of employees to take over control of the Norwegian,” the company said.

Norwegianaktien began to rise sharply on Thursday and was most up 4 percent, but had just before the trading halt fallen and noted a rise of 0.4 percent. When trading resumed, at 16:05, it was back up to 4 percent.
