Sweden’s most powerful woman in business has been named by the magazine Weekly business. This year is her name Azita Shariati and is CEO of Sodexo in Sweden and Denmark.
The magazine Weekly shops writes that Azita Shariati deserves this award thanks to its “inclusive leadership style grounded in values ”and for his commitment to promoting equality and diversity within the company.
– I am very proud to have received this award, says Azita Shariati to P4 Stockholm.
She started working within Sodexo, which offers services in the service sector, in 1998 and set five years ago, together with the management team, the target of 2015 have gone 14-50 percent of women in senior management positions. That goal has now been met.
