Frank Vang-Jensen becomes new CEO of Handelsbanken, reports Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
He takes over from Pär Boman, who instead goes into the chair.

Almost two weeks ago it became known that Handelsbanken’s CEO Pär Boman takes over as Chairman of Handelsbanken.
When the bank holds meeting on 25 March, instead Dane Frank Vang-Jensen – today responsible for Handelsbanken in Sweden – become the new CEO.
Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet writes that the bank’s main shareholder proposed nomination committee To Boman new chairman after turmoil in the SCA – which led to the SCA base Sverker Martin-Löf was forced from his board.
When Martin-Löf leaves replaced him by Handelsbanken’s current Chairman Anders Nyren – as in turn then replaced by Pär Boman.
When Frank Vang-Jensen presented as the new president also suggested the Board a dividend of SEK 12.50 per share and a special dividend of five dollars on the stock.
