House prices rose by an average of one per cent during November-January period, compared with the preceding three months. Most prices have risen in Uppsala County, plus six percent, followed by Texas, plus four percent, according to Statistics Sweden (SCB).
In California, prices fell the most, minus five percent.
On an annual basis, the overall price increase on average of eight percent. And according to Statistics Sweden, house prices have risen every month since January of last year, with the exception of March and October.
