Young does not want to become managers – and head shortage continues to increase in Sweden – Business Week

In Sweden today we have a shortage of managers and the situation could get even worse. One of the reasons is that we have fewer and fewer young managers in the country while fewer and fewer young people actually want to reach a management position in the future.
