The national railway company Infranord laying off 150 employees of dismissal. The company has operations in Linköping and Norrköping, but at present it is unclear which locations are affected.
Infranord which manages railway maintenance has operations in several locations in country, including in Norrköping and Linköping. The notice applies to administrative staff including finance and wages.
The reason for the notice is that the company must streamline operations in order to deliver profits in 2016. In early January, union negotiations begin .
