LO’s helpline for holiday workers went hot in the summer. A total of 2576 man calls from young people who asked for help. There is an increase of 65 percent compared with 2013.

FAQs usually move such as salary, but this year sees LO new trends.

The big change is that more contact about serious things as harassment and threats. Many also ask if the job without pay or that you feel so bad at work, we want to leave it, says Malin Norberg, youth secretary at LO, to SVT.

In 179 cases reported holiday workers that they have to work for free, a threefold increase compared to 2013 20 cases were about harassment.

The fastest growing is sexual harassment. The most common is that there are young girls who are encouraged to dress in a certain way or enhance themselves in a certain way that makes you attract customers to the cafeteria or the store, says Malin Norberg.
