Gothenburg company Fingerprints president suspected of serious insider dealing, trafficking exclusive information, the company said in explanation to yesterday’s stock market peak.
VDN Johan Carlstrom himself says that he is innocent, writes di.se citing news agency Direkt.
Svd.se writes that the police made a raid against the company’s offices in Gothenburg on Tuesday.
A former board member of the Fingerprint has also been arrested, suspected of serious insider dealing.
