2016 started with price increases – Sydsvenskan

Bastad and Hoor tops the list price increase for the past three months by ten percent higher sales than the same period in the fjord. In both cases, these are probably a few stray items that come up level because it only sold about 30 apartments in two municipalities.

Brokerage Friman Bjurfors note that their buyers place more emphasis on the condominium association’s finances than before. More than 5000 prospective home exchangers answered a questionnaire about what they think is most important about the next home.
